Handy signs are “kid-friendly” Sign Language photo cards created for use at home and in the classroom.  These cards were originally developed to improve communication for students with reading delays, speech/language delays, and/or developmental delays who could not read a printed class schedule or lunch menu, but could understand basic sign language.  The words are printed on each card to facilitate sight vocabulary.
